Your Voice -- Your Choice

Welcome

We are proud to welcome you to the website of the
Kennebunk and Kennebunkport Democratic Committee.
Here you will  find information on issues, elections, events, and ways in which you can become involved. We encourage you to
make your voice heard by contacting our elected officials, participating in meetings and committees, and writing letters to the editor.

What We Represent

The Kennebunk & Kennebunkport Democratic Committee is dedicated to electing Democrats and representing Democratic ideals and principles in our communities. We represent the ideals of equality, inclusion, fairness, and democracy. We treat our world and its people with honor, respect, and dignity. We achieve these goals through voter registration, voter education, and GOTV (Get Out The Vote) efforts, including phone banks and door-to-door canvasses. We believe in outreach and community service for the benefit of all without regard to party affiliation. We are your voice and your choice. Please share this site with others and contact us if you have information you wish to share.

Meetings

The committee meets as scheduled, either at the Kennebunk Town Hall on Thursday evenings, or at the Kennebunkport Fire Station on North Street on Saturday mornings. During election years or years in which there are issues of concern, we attempt to meet monthly. During non-election years, we meet as needed.

Shawn and the group he was working with collected items from all over York county for the Support The Troops program. He said he was stunned by the results of the committee's successful effort which was by far the largest donation that they received.
